The City Hall, Louis XIII style, dates from the seventeenth century. It was built from 1624 to 1672 after approval of the king by Pierre Cottard. Listed since 1932 in the inventory of historical monuments, the statue of "helmeted Minerva" is one of the few to have kept on his porch revolutionary motto in its original form: Indivisibility Unit of the Republic - Liberty, equality, fraternity, or death. The great hall of the municipal council was designed by Voyer Gauthier.
